Sub Matrix Mask
Paintball Equipment HELP!?
Okay I just started playing paintball and im looking to start buying my own equipment and i dont really know much about paintballing but im definitely going to be doing it a lot more so i want to know your opinion on the things I think i want to buy. First off i want to let you know i want 2 guns. The first being an automatic and decent, i dont want to be spending any more than $500 on it. and the second i just want a sub automatic and very reliable gun.
Right now gun wise im thinking about getting either the Dangerous Power G3 Spec-R Marker for $400 or the Proto Matrix Rail PMR 2010 Marker $450. And then for my secondary weapon im thinking about getting the Tippman X7 $250.

Then I'm not sure what to get for tanks. I know i need a CO2 tank for the tippman and I know I need to get a N2 for the automatic gun, but i dont know what to get. And also Should I invest in getting paintball pants?
David hit it flat on the head. I recommend the invert mini because of the price/performance ratio. It's about as good as the PMR (I think better but I'm biased) but lighter and cheaper.
I would suggest not getting the Tippmann. I thought my A5 was great until I shot an invert mini. OMG! night and day.
BTW you want HPA tank which is the same as N2. Don't get CO2. In fact if you don't get the Tippmann you can't use CO2 at all. The mini only uses HPA and I don't think the DP or PMR use CO2 either.
