How to reduce rash scars..?
I had this rash about a year back it was really itchy and sometimes it had red (blood) dots on them when it scratched it too hard. For the year so far it was not itchy and now its starting to work up again =( but it is not bleeding or anything like that now. It is now like rose-brownish colour. It is only on my upper arm, so i wear 3/4 sleeves to cover it up. Is there anything i can do to reduce the scars & itching?
I would try aloe with vitamin E. This often works for stretch marks. Get some aloe lotion and vitamin E capsules. Break one capsule open (it will not smell great) and mix it with a liberal amount of the aloe lotion and apply. Do not overdo the Vitamin E, it is fat soluble.
