how to wear eye glass when you play football ?
My son plays football and has difficulty in wearing eye glass (prescription goggles) when he has helmet. After wearing the eyeglass, when he puts on the helmet, the eye glass falls down as the helmet pushed the ear piece down. Is there any special helmets are available which will be easier to wear when he is wearing eyeglass? or any tips?

He is too young to wear the contacts. So I am going to ask him to try David's suggestion. Thank you both for your time.
If not contacts......When you put the helmet on, he has to grab both sides of the helmet and stick his index and middle finder into the holes on the side. Then while pulling the helmet down he should be pulling the helmet open wider. That way his head goes straight on then he can let go once it is on over his goggle straps.
