Cap Swimming
Am I suppose to wear the Swimming Cap above or covering my ears?
I'm used to wearing them above but compeditive swimmers wear them covering the ears i think.
And how are you suppose to hear if the cap is covering your ears?
They are ment to be coverin ur ears, firstly to move u through the water faster, secondly so the chance of gettin swimmers ear is low. Like someone else said, the chances of u not hearin are slim, but if u really cant then just whenever ur coach is talkin or explainin somethin, put them above ur ears to hear, and put them back when ur ready 2 swim.
